A Group Picnic is $300 for the first 4 persons with with set-up/breakdown time included. Guests 5-12 add $25 per person.

• Vendor recommendations & bookings. You'll receive a list of the vendors I recommend as well as help with contacting and booking them.

• Communication & payment management. There will be a structured payment plan that will be communicated. 

• Detailed day of timeline management

• Day of set-up/breakdown

• Cleaning for all dishware provided

• Full set-up chosen from our three styles: The Bold, The Naturals, The Afternoon Tea

Each picnic set-up includes:

• Tables for guests

• Small table for food

• Ground coverings / rugs

• Pillows

• Umbrella (1)

• Customized Sign

• Table decorations

• Bucket for cold beverages and (1) bag of ice

• Water bottle for each guest (glass)

• Place setting for each guest: plate, charger, napkin, fork, knife, glass

• Requested serving utensils

• Server's wine opener (with bottle opener)

• Fully-charged bluetooth speaker

• Small trash can with biodegradable trash bag

A Travel Couples Picnic is for (2) persons and for the whole day with pick-up/drop-off between 9am-9pm in Hartford, CT. You pick up a wicker basket with all of your supplies so you can take it on a hike or a park excursion and set it up yourselves!

The Travel Couples Picnic Service includes the following:

• Pre-event consulting 

• Budget management

• Vendor recommendations & bookings. You'll receive a list of the vendor I recommend as well as help with contacting and booking them.

• Communication & payment management. There will be a structured payment plan that will be communicated. 

• Cleaning for all dishware provided

• Travel set-up (all items in a wicker basket) in The Couples Classic style
